HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?

We restock every 1-2 months. Please email us if you have a inquiry about a specific product that is out of stock.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Great question! If the item is not on backorder, our processing time is typically 1-3 business days. US shipping takes about 3 or 4 business days and 10-15 for international. Please keep in mind that during holidays our processing and fulfillment time may take around 7-10 business days, but we do try to get out all orders as soon as possible.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS?

Refunds and cancellations will only be accepted if the order has NOT yet been processed or shipped. Due to sanitary purposes, we can not accept returns once you have received the item(s). If you have an issue with your order, please email us!

HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH?

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST?

Great question! This doesn't happen often, but it is not impossible for a package to get lost or stolen. If you worry about this, please add "PACKAGE PROTECTION" to your cart prior to checking out. Doing so will add insurance on your package in the case that it gets lost.
